Never belittle a Good Deed

Abur Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

The Prophet peace be upon him said to me,

"Do not belittle any good deed, even your meeting with your brother with a cheerful face."

(Ref: Muslim)

Guidelines
"Good deeds are not equal to the evil ones. Repel other's evil deeds with your good deeds. You will see that he with whom you had enmity, will become your close friend.
But none will attain this quality except those who patiently endure and none will attain this quality except those who are truly fortunate."

Chapter: 41, Verses 34-35, Al-Quran

How true is that, PT--never belittle a good deed because there are far too few of them. I purposely try to do little nice deeds for people that are unexpected (and anonymous). Again, a great lesson in such a concise way.

Take care,

Melinda
